A leading company in the education and digital learning industry is seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to support hiring efforts during a busy fiscal year-end period. This role is ideal for a recruiter who can hit the ground running, manage multiple requisitions, and operate in a fast-moving environment that blends the structure of an in-house team with the agility of an agency-style approach.
The organization has approximately 4,000 employees and a collaborative, laid-back recruiting team distributed across the U.S., including team members on the West Coast. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to structure your day while generally working standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Description Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance across multiple business units.
Support hiring needs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance functions.
Act as a flexible "catch-all" recruiter, stepping in wherever hiring demand is highest.
Handle approximately 20 active requisitions at a time.
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership, including occasional interaction with SVP-level stakeholders.
Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and provide market insights, compensation recommendations, and hiring strategy.
Proactively source and engage candidates, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods.
Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows using Workday (ATS).
Deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with recruiting team members who support specific departments while helping maintain overall recruiting flow.
Profile
Minimum of 3 years experience, ideally from Ed-Tech industry but open to background.
Experience using Workday ATS (required).
Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house environment.
Ability to manage a mix of professional roles across sales, marketing, product, and finance.
Strong sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives.
Ability to thrive in a less rigid, more entrepreneurial recruiting environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
Not limited to only technical recruiting; must have experience across business functions.
