Job Description

• Conducts market research and identifies companies within target markets.
• Handles media buying for newspaper, TV, radio, and sports placements.
• Writes copy for collaterals, press releases, social media posts, email blasts, and SMS blasts.
• Drafts letters and prepares marketing statistics.
• Maintains organized print, electronic, and digital files.
• Assists during ingress, event proper, and egress for company events.
• Coordinates event-related press releases and media coverage.
• Contributes to project plans and event checklists.
• Coordinates with media companies for coverage and on-ground activities.
• Manages internal communication and daily coordination.
• Researches and liaises with suppliers as needed.
• Monitors the company’s social media platforms.
• Supports PR activities, including liaising with partners, arranging photo shoots and interviews, and sourcing props.
• Researches suitable media outlets across print, online, social, trade, TV, and radio.
• Suggests new initiatives and improvements for marketing strategies.
• Prepares supporting materials for marketing and strategy tasks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or any relevant course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
