Junior Marketing Associate

Symbiotic Services is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Marketing Associate to join a dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on executing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, web, and paid advertising, while supporting public relations initiatives and brand events. The ideal candidate is both data-savvy and creatively inclined, passionate about storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an opportunity to blend creativity with analytics while building skills in PR, event planning, and digital content execution. Primary responsibilities include: Managing digital marketing campaigns across paid ads, social media, and web. Contributing to PR efforts including events, press releases, and media outreach. Supporting creation of event collateral and promotional materials. Collaborating with the Content Lead and team to ensure brand consistency. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Assisting in planning and executing marketing events and special promotions. Creating engaging social posts, blog content, and email campaigns. Handling daily operations of social media channels. Staying informed on content, social, and industry trends in interior design. Maximizing impact of creative content across platforms. Knowledge, skills, and experience required: Minimum 1 year in digital marketing, PR, or content creation. Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms. Experience producing materials for campaigns and events. Knowledge of social trends, PR strategy, and brand engagement tactics. Strong writing, communication, and storytelling abilities. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. CMS and marketing automation tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp) a plus. Bonus skills: photography, video, editing, copywriting, design, or styling. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Digital Media, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. At least 1 year hands-on experience in digital marketing or PR, ideally in a B2B environment. Comfortable with key marketing metrics, strategy, and event planning. Strong collaborative and creative skills. This is an in-office role with flexible work arrangement opportunities.
