Requirements
3 to 5 years of dedicated real estate finance experience
Substantial experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions
Familiarity with loan origination, structuring, due diligence, and closing
Proficiency with complex real estate documentation, including loan agreements, mortgages, guarantees, and security instruments
Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligibility to waive)
Key Responsibilities
Represent institutional lenders, banks, and private equity firms in financing transactions
Draft and negotiate loan documents for acquisition, construction, and refinance deals
Conduct and oversee due diligence, title and survey review, and loan closings
Assist with structuring and closing single‑lender and syndicated loans
Manage client relationships and support broader real‑estate transactional needs
