Customer Service Representative
Location: Lansing, MI | Schedule: 1st Shift, Full-Time | Pay Rate: $21.00 - 25.00/hour Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire About The Role
Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented customer service representatives for a reputable employer in Lansing. This is a technical customer support role in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This position supports customers, installers, distributors, and end users by providing high-volume inbound phone support and troubleshooting assistance. Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with product questions, installation support, troubleshooting, and warranty-related inquiries Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Provide technical guidance and product information regarding suspension systems and related components Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to resolve customer concerns and provide excellent service Job Requirements
35 years of customer service or technical support experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Experience using CRM or case-management software preferred Automotive or mechanical knowledge is a strong plus Why Work With Us?
