Client Service Representative
This position is responsible for supporting the client service needs of KCU Risk Consultants (small business). Key Responsibilities:
Processing Duties: Process policies and endorsements for a designated book of business. Review and process audits. Process cancellations and reinstatements (including DEAD/LOST procedures) Renewal / Rewrite Work: Request renewal information from client via Indio platform. Assist in creating and sending client review forms. Client Requests: Order changes to current policies, as directed by RC. This includes updating Epic applications to reflect ordered changes on non-downloaded policies. Handle insurance verification requests, issuing Evidence/Certificates as needed through CSR-24 Create billing breakdowns as needed. Submit claims, as directed by Risk Consultant. Handle policy cancellations (including drafting and sending LPRs). Assist with special projects as needed. This could include: Premium Breakdowns Creating schedules (SOVs, Drivers, Vehicles, etc.) Direct Bill issues Underwriting requests Obtaining Loss Runs Expectations of Performance:
1. Maintain follow-ups to ?/ = 10 days. 2. Prioritize work with RC and Team Leader guidance. 3. Document electronic file completely and thoroughly. 4. Utilize agency's latest technology to perform tasks (including Epic, Indio, CSR24, etc.) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Initiative. The AA is expected to take initiative to handle service requests, claims reporting and other duties, asking for assistance when needed. Proactive, can-do attitude with a smile. The AA is available to help when requested. Utilizes technology. Uses the latest technology, has advanced skills in Excel, Outlook and network directory functions. Professionalism and accuracy. Written communications are clear and free of grammatical errors with great attention to detail. Service requests are done accurately the first time. Carrier errors are caught and corrected in a timely fashion. Requirements:
1. High School diploma. 2. College education or equivalent insurance experience preferred. Working Conditions:
