Role Purpose Statement As a Field Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in driving our talent strategy by supporting core Human Resources functions with a focus on recruiting top-tier talent. This administrative position is the heartbeat of our field hiring efforts—managing employment processes, generating insightful HRIS reports, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You'll collaborate closely with employees and leaders at all levels, bringing energy and precision to every interaction. Working hand-in-hand with the HR Manager and Supervisor, you'll help execute impactful projects that strengthen our workforce and company culture. Main Accountabilities
Processing all union and non-union new hires, promotions, transfers, employment verifications and terminations as required
Maintaining all personnel / benefit files, and seniority lists
Review applications, phone screen qualified candidates and set up interviews with management team
Initiate background checks and drug screens
Monitor random drug screen program
Prepare letters and renewal forms for airport security badging
Prepare orientation packages and assist with orientations
Prepares various communications materials for departments
Responsible for the coordination of uniform program and locker assignments
Prepare weekly open positions report
Post internal and external job openings and source
Ordering and inventory of various department supplies
Support various employee activities (i.e. awards, recognition programs)
Prepare files for various audits
Assist with some finance functions like monthly accruals
Other recruiting and administrative duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or related administrative role
Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting (job postings, screenings, interview coordination, offers)
Prior experience working in a cross-functional team and supporting HR projects
Background in high-volume or field recruiting environments is a plus
Experience in industries such as food service, hospitality, logistics, or aviation is beneficial but not required
Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment best practices
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) SuccessFactors and HRIS platforms
Basic knowledge of onboarding procedures, compensation structures, and workforce planning
Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity when handling HR-related information
