Global Employer Brand Manager

As the new Morningstar Global Employer Brand Marketing professional, you will develop and implement content and strategies that attract and engage top talent by shaping the company's reputation as an employer. You’ll use your brand marketing experience, effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across global locations with Talent Acquisition, communication teams and marketing teams to create employer branding campaigns across platforms. You’ll manage budgets and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of employer brand strategies.

Core responsibilities

Content creation: Produce and manage content, such as job postings, career pages, blog posts, and videos, that showcase the unique Morningstar employer value proposition.

Campaign management: Plan, launch, and execute employer brand campaigns across various channels, including web and social media.

Collaboration: Work closely with regional Talent Acquisition teams, corporate marketing, design, external and internal communications teams to ensure unified brand experience and shared ownership.

Program Management: Create and lead the global employer branding roadmap, including action plans and performance metrics.

Data analysis: Monitor campaign success, conduct market research, and analyze data to gain insights and adjust strategies accordingly.

Budget management: Track budgets for employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives and track performance against financial goals. Help build the business case for further investment.

Essential Skills And Qualifications

Proven track record in branding and marketing, preferably as a recruitment functional owner. Expertise in social media, website and email marketing required.

Strong copywriting skills with proven ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across many channels and formats.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Strong understanding of marketing and communications principles, including digital marketing proficiency.

Strategic and creative thinking abilities.

Strong teamwork skills.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Total Cash Compensation Range $121,400.00 – 218,525.00 USD annual Inclusive of annual base salary and target incentive
