Job Description
We are seeking a
Business Solutions Analyst Contractor
to join our team supporting a Deloitte project. The candidate will analyze business requirements, develop and document solutions, and enable delivery of enterprise products, including AI-enabled applications. The role will engage stakeholders, prepare clear documentation, and communicate findings and recommendations.
Responsibilities: Conduct research and gather data to support development of business solutions. Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and workflows. Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, process maps, and user stories. Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions for enterprise and AI applications. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in lean product management or related roles. 3+ years of enterprise-scale experience across multiple business areas. Proven experience as a Product Manager for enterprise applications and AI applications. Expert-level proficiency in product management practices, stakeholder engagement, and requirements management. Preferred Skills:
Experience delivering enterprise products with GenAI or agentic AI capabilities. Familiarity with audit domain concepts. Why BCforward?
