Sr. Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities 1. Salesforce Development Develop custom applications using Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs Build responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Create and maintain Visualforce pages, flows, and other declarative features Implement complex validation rules, workflows, and approval processes 2. Integration APIs Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Configure and manage Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, and Middleware (MuleSoft, etc.) 3. Customization Configuration Customize standard Salesforce objects and build custom ones Manage fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules Optimize existing implementations for performance and scalability 4. Testing Deployment Perform unit testing with > 75% coverage on Apex Work with Git or similar tools for version control Support deployments using Change Sets, DevOps Center, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines 5. Collaboration Work with business teams to gather and analyze requirements Provide technical documentation and support end users Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, QA teams, and product owners Required Skills Experience 2a€6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, HTML, JavaScript Hands on experience in Salesforce integrations Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, workflows, flows, and automation tools Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PD1) required; PD2 is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Knowledge of MuleSoft, AWS, Azure, or other integration platforms Experience in unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of security model and governor limits Soft Skills Strong analytical and problema€`solving abilities Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail with strong documentation skills
