Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership Lead the technical design, solutioning, and development across Salesforce implementations. Provide hands on architectural guidance, code reviews, and best practices. Mentor developers (junior, mid, senior) and support continuous technical growth. Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and project teams. 2. Salesforce Development Design and develop high performance solutions using: Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueables, Schedulers Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components Custom Metadata, Custom Settings, Flows, and other declarative tools Ensure robust unit testing and adherence to Salesforce coding standards. 3. Solution Architecture Create scalable, future ready technical designs aligned with business needs. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to define end to end architectures. Conduct impact analysis, data modeling, integration design, and system mapping. 4. Integration API Expertise Lead design and build of integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Apex Callouts Middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, Kafka) Define integration security including OAuth, JWT, and Named Credentials. 5. DevOps, CI/CD Governance Manage source control and deployments using Git, SFDX, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps. Establish DevOps standards, branching strategies, and automated testing practices. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, governance, and performance guidelines. 6. Agile Delivery Collaboration Work closely with Client, Admins, QA, and business teams to refine requirements. Participate in sprint planning, grooming, architecture reviews, and UAT. Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution. Required Skills 7â¿10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years in a lead role. Expertise in: Apex, LWC, JavaScript SOQL/SOSL, data modeling Integration patterns event driven architecture Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Deep knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing mechanisms, and governor limits. Experience managing end to end technical delivery in Agile projects.
