About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused
Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a manufacturing facility . In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with order inquiries, product information, shipment updates, and issue resolution. You will work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely service.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems. Process customer orders, quotes, and change requests accurately and efficiently. Provide product, pricing, and availability information. Track orders and shipments; communicate lead times and delivery updates. Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure on‑time delivery. Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, or delays professionally. Maintain customer account records and documentation in CRM/ERP systems. Support sales team with customer data, order status, and follow‑up needs. Monitor inventory levels and alert appropriate departments of shortages or delays. Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s service standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Prior customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with ERP or order‑entry systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). xsgimln Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
