Responsibilities
Lead and manage
audit engagements for financial institutions , including banks and credit unions
Oversee
planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements
Serve as the primary
client relationship manager
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with
GAAP and regulatory requirements
Mentor and develop audit staff and seniors
Assist with
practice development and business growth initiatives
Qualifications
Strong experience auditing
financial institutions (banks, credit unions, or similar)
7+ years of
public accounting audit experience
Experience managing engagements and leading teams
CPA/EA required
Strong technical knowledge of
GAAP and financial institution regulations
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Ideal Background Candidates may currently hold titles such as:
Audit Manager
Senior Audit Manager
Audit Director
Assurance Manager (Financial Institutions)
