Lead Server & Training Mentor

Responsibilities
Training and Leadership: Train new servers on the "10 Steps of Service," dining etiquette, and company standards. Act as a mentor, overseeing team performance during shifts, and assisting with scheduling or delegating tasks.
Dining Room Operations: Ensure proper setup of the dining room, including table settings, cleanliness, and readiness before service.
Customer Service: Greet and seat residents, take orders, and provide table service in a courteous, professional manner.
Menu Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of daily and "always available" menus to explain choices and dietary options to residents.
Safety and Compliance: Follow all food handling, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Inventory & Coordination: Assist with table top inventories, and report any needed equipment or supply repairs to the chef or manager.
