Our Client is seeking an Associate Director / Director (contractor) to provide scientific leadership and program integration support for HIV implementation strategies. You will design and interpret mixed methods research to generate evidence that informs adoption, scale‑up, and real‑world optimization of novel medicines. This is a fixed‑term contractor engagement; day‑to‑day tasking will be provided by a named sponsor. Final decisions and approvals on activities remain with the sponsor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide scientific leadership and expert guidance on design and methodological frameworks for implementation science and mixed methods studies.

Oversee and coordinate qualitative and quantitative analyses, clinical study reports, manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and evidence summaries for client review.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to align evidence with strategic needs and decision requirements.

Coordinate and integrate study findings into internal and external strategies and activities.

Advise on dissemination strategy for conferences and internal/external communications and support preparation of submission materials per client approval processes.

Basic Qualifications

Advanced degree with scientific leadership in implementation or real‑world research.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience leading implementation science, health services research, or mixed methods studies in industry, CRO, academia, or closely related settings.

Proven track record delivering implementation or real‑world evidence projects from design through dissemination (please include a 1‑page portfolio with examples).

Demonstrable experience with mixed methods research, including protocol and analysis plan development and integration of qualitative and quantitative findings.

Documented experience producing peer‑reviewed publications, conference presentations, or evidence summaries.

Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with evidence of influencing outcomes across multidisciplinary teams and external partners (non‑managerial influence).

Ability to meaningfully integrate study results into programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HIV prevention or care.

Expertise in implementation science frameworks and hybrid trial or pragmatic study designs.

Experience coordinating vendor deliverables to SOW/milestones and performing quality checks.
