Collections Specialist – Full Time

Our client is seeking a full-time Collections Specialist to support their busy season and ongoing project workload. This role is ideal for someone who excels in collections, billing, and AR processes, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. The position offers a hybrid schedule, strong team support, and a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections activities to ensure timely receipt of payments and reduce outstanding balances.
• Perform billing and accounts receivable processing, including backlog cleanup and invoice review.
• Collaborate with onboarding leads for collections and billing/AR to ensure accuracy and process adherence.
• Support cleanup initiatives and contribute to improving overall receivables workflow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AR experience required.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
• Excel use required, though advanced functions were not specified.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Full‑time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, hybrid model (currently Wednesday in office; beginning in April, three days in office).
• Potential for overtime during busy periods.
