Event Lead (Volunteer)

ASCENDtials assists those in the BIPOC community in dismantling institutionalized Isms within the U.S. workforce by offering workshops that empower them. Our non‑profit organization focuses on building cosmic consciousness through experiential learning programs, healing sessions, and workshops, and environmental programs so that participants can successfully advocate for humanity and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, coordinate, and evaluate events and activities related to ASCENDtials’ programming.
• Provide concierge‑level service to alumni staff, attendees, donors, members, and partners, proactively anticipating needs and wishes.
• Interact directly with donors and address confidential, personal donor and event‑related issues on the spot, ensuring timely problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute successful volunteer events.
