Senior Relationship Manager - C&I/ Middle Market

JCW has partnered with a growing regional bank in their search for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager, focused within C&I/ middle market. This bank is expanding their presence across the New England market and are looking for candidates with an existing book of business and strong industry contacts. Responsibilities
Will be sourcing/ maintaining new business within various C&I/ middle market companies (targeting company revenues between $10 mil - $200 mil) across the Boston area while acting as the key contact for clients, understanding their deposit needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Negotiate and structure credit facilities in accordance with the bank's policies and lending standards, ensuring appropriate pricing.
Prepare comprehensive credit approval packages and present them to the appropriate credit authority level for review.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of commercial banking experience, specifically within C&I and/ or middle market as a relationship manager.
Credit trained would be a plus but not required.
Needs to have industry contacts across the New England market.
