Real Estate Agent

This is a remote contract role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Key tasks include facilitating property showings, negotiating sales agreements, conducting market research, preparing documents such as contracts and agreements, and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, understanding of property management, and sales negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Attention to detail for preparing accurate contracts, agreements, and documentation.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote capacity.
Proficiency in technology tools such as CRM software, online marketing platforms, and basic office applications.
Valid real estate license is required to practice in the designated region.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
