Responsibilities
Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
Qualifications
Self-driven sales enthusiast with a friendly, competitive edge
Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding the right solutions
Comfortable with prospecting and generating leads
Enjoys working as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Happy to learn and use scripts and dialogues
Manages time effectively
Previous experience in the industry is a plus but not required
