We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process daily disbursement checks to our tax vendor, LERETA. Responsibilities include balancing totals, separating wire payments from physical checks, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Review and process homeowner liability tasks, including appropriate penalty coding and invoice validation.
Respond professionally and promptly to borrower emails regarding a wide range of tax-related inquiries. Topics may include, delinquent tax bills, tax liens, homeowner exemptions, supplemental and escaped tax bills, utility bills levied into property taxes
Maintain proactive and professional communication with LERETA to resolve escalated issues, such as, parcel mismatches, closing payment concerns, missing or misapplied payments.
Collaborate with internal departments, including hazard insurance, foreclosure, bankruptcy and call center, to validate information and ensure appropriate action is taken.
Manage relationships with inspections vendors, ensuring timely receipt of accurate inspection reports to support disbursement decisions.
Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and supporting continuous process improvements.
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Windows and ICE Black Knight (ICE preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Background in customer service within mortgage or financial services.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with insurance providers.
Knowledge of mortgage servicing software and escrow analysis tools.
1+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, escrow, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of escrow processes and insurance disbursements.
Familiarity with RESPA, CFPB regulations, and industry guidelines.
Proficiency in mortgage servicing platforms (e.g., MSP, Black Knight, FIS, or similar).
