Southland Mechanical is hiring an HVAC & MEP Estimator to support commercial and industrial projects, including new construction, design-build, and retrofit work.
Prepare mechanical estimates and detailed HVAC & MEP takeoffs
Analyze plans, specifications, and project revisions to define full scope of work
Solicit, review, and organize vendor and supplier pricing
Support design-build estimating, budget pricing, and value engineering
Assist with bid proposal preparation and reviews
Collaborate with operations and field teams as needed
2–5+ years mechanical estimating experience preferred
