bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects
throughout the Tampa Bay area. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with homeowners, designing solutions, and closing
high-value remodeling projects. If you are motivated by

six-figure career in home remodeling sales. What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners for
bathroom and kitchen remodeling consultations Evaluate project scope and discuss design and renovation options Present remodeling proposals and pricing to homeowners Close remodeling contracts and assist clients through the sales process Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company marketing efforts Ideal Candidates
Home improvement sales professionals Kitchen or bath remodeling consultants Construction sales professionals Interior remodeling sales representatives High-performing commission-based salespeople Experience selling
windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, baths, or full home remodels
is a strong advantage. Strong communication and consultative sales skills Ability to meet homeowners and discuss renovation options Self-motivated and comfortable generating leads Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up with homeowners Sales experience preferred (home remodeling or construction sales is a plus) Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential Typical kitchen remodel projects: $25,000 – $80,000+ Typical bathroom remodel projects: $10,000 – $40,000+ Average commissions range from
$2,000 – $8,000+ per project . Top performers earn
