What You’ll Do
Inspect residential properties for storm damage
Generate your own leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals
Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process
Present estimates and close roofing and restoration projects
Manage jobs from contract to completion while communicating with homeowners

Job Requirements
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Comfortable with
door knocking, networking, and generating your own leads
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain roofing or restoration projects to homeowners in a clear and professional manner
Must be comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs when inspecting properties
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Smartphone and ability to use basic CRM or sales software
Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up with homeowners during the sales process
Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred (Not Required)
Previous
roofing, restoration, or construction sales experience
Experience working with
insurance claims or storm damage restoration
Former
insurance adjusters transitioning to the contractor side
Experience with roofing systems, windows, or exterior remodeling
Physical Requirements
Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely
Ability to lift 40+ lbs if needed
Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
Compensation
100% Commission Based Role
Average project commissions range from
$2,000 – $5,000+ per job
Top performers close
3–6 projects per month
Top performers earn
$150,000 – $300,000+ annually
