Real Estate Intern

What You Will Do You’ll play a meaningful role in supporting our project teams from start to finish. Your work may include:

Learning the commercial construction process from experienced professionals

Assisting with quantity takeoffs and early-stage estimating

Helping manage the submittal process, including logs, shop drawings, and approvals

Keeping project documentation organized and up to date

Visiting job sites to observe and report on progress, quality, and field conditions

Coordinating and tracking owner‑furnished materials and equipment

Participating in internal and external construction meetings

Supporting project kickoff, permitting activities, and project closeout

What We Require Full‑time student pursuing a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

Full‑time student pursuing a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree

Completed at least one commercial construction internship or relevant work experience

Genuine passion for the construction industry and interest in building a long‑term career

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

A proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to jump in where needed
