Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities
Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings
Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
Qualifications
Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
Real estate license preferred
Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
Compensation $42,000 - $52,000 per year
