We are looking for driven and curious Entry Level Construction Coordinator Professionals to join our Life Sciences team in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.

Jacobs provides full-service engineering, procurement, and construction management services for both new and existing facilities. Join us, and work on state-of-the-art industrial, municipal, and commercial facility projects. For projects of every scale, we provide design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance services that support a facility’s entire life cycle.

Responsibilities

Support the HSE department and collaborate with Project Managers in all aspects of the project.

Help find alternative strategies and utilize advanced technologies and data analysis solutions to support service excellence.

Support the written safety programs, procedures, and requirements of the projects.

Create manuals when needed and develop safety meeting information (PowerPoint, charts, or graphs).

Maintain subcontractor information (manhours, incidents, etc.), OSHA 300 logs, and order safety supplies.

Handle responsibilities such as meet and greet, provide visitor badges, prep for safety events and lunches, and give away items.

Collaborate with the HSE department on the project and help define critical activities that will drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Construction Management, or another closely related field.

OSHA Training (30 hrs.) in Construction.

Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction delivery systems and components.

Previous relevant internship experience.

Salary The base salary range for this position is $58,656.00 to $74,800.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
