The CRM Specialist will work on email, SMS, and push programs for our various brands. This role will assist with strategy, creation, execution, and analysis of multi-channel, customer lifecycle programs.
The CRM Specialist will support and execute digital marketing campaigns, work within CRM platforms, and develop data-driven programs that drive engagement and retention.
Major Responsibilities Execute end-to-end production of email, SMS, and push campaigns under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy, including scheduling, setup, QA/testing, and deployment. Build and manage audience segmentation and targeting to ensure accurate and effective campaign delivery. Coordinate and maintain the marketing campaign calendar to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely launches. Support list management processes, including imports/exports, segmentation, recurring job setup, and database hygiene. Monitor deliverability and campaign health, proactively identifying and resolving errors, technical issues, or performance disruptions. Troubleshoot campaign functionality issues and partner with IT or external vendors to implement solutions. Manage and optimize complex customer journeys, identifying areas for testing, improvement, and automation enhancements. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, subscriber growth, and overall CRM health metrics. Analyze messaging effectiveness and recommend optimizations to improve lifecycle communications and customer engagement. Support initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve ROI across marketing and transactional email programs. Identify testing opportunities to continuously improve campaign performance. Assist in developing marketing campaign concepts from ideation through execution, including copywriting, creative input, and implementation. Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, operations, IT, channel managers, and external partners to execute integrated campaigns. Support the development of business materials, presentations, and proposals as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and data privacy standards. Working knowledge of HTML and email coding best practices. Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Develop expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools including Cheetah Digital, Stensul, Email on Acid, and AtData.
