Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Golf Operations Intern, located in Shakopee, MN. The Golf Operations Intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of the golf facility, including customer interactions, managing golf equipment, and supporting operations on the course. Responsibilities include managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining golf carts, and assisting with course setup, and tournaments. The intern will work closely with the golf operations team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Basic knowledge of Golf and Golf Equipment; familiarity with golf rules and etiquette is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, mornings, and evenings as needed.
A passion for golf and the ability to serve in a professional and friendly manner is highly regarded.
Desire to enroll in the PGA PGM program and purse a career in Golf.
