Position Title:
Customer Service/ EDI Coordinator
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $62,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain customer accounts
Process eCommerce orders with precision
Respond to emails and customer inquiries
Handle order entry, processing 100-1,000 orders daily
Manage customer service interactions, addressing issues such as missing or damaged products
Conduct manual entry and EDI tasksInvestigate chargebacks and EDI issues
Resolve website inventory discrepancies
Facilitate EDI mapping to various platforms
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in order entry accuracy and technical expertise
Background in e-commerce, business administration, logistics, or supply chain management
Proficiency in Word and Excel (formulas required)
Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning
EDI experience is preferred
