Customer Service / Order Entry Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to support daily order processing and provide exceptional service to our customers. This role is responsible for accurately entering orders, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via phone, email, EDI, or online systems Perform high-volume order entry while ensuring pricing, quantities, and shipping details are correct Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, availability, and delivery status Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Production, Accounting) to resolve order discrepancies Track and follow up on open orders to ensure on-time delivery Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in ERP/CRM systems Handle order changes, returns, credits, and cancellations as needed Provide professional and courteous customer support at all times Qualifications 13+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, or inside sales support Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel); ERP or CRM experience preferred (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset Preferred Experience High-volume order processing environment Manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or B2B customer service background Experience working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams Pay/Benefits: Pay: $21/hr - $26/hr depending on experience Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
