Responsibilities\nDuties:

Mid-level escrow disbursement support position in a fast-paced environment providing daily bank reconciliation for escrow offices. Responsible for the reconciliation of outstanding deposits and disbursements by handling checks, wires, balancing files to lender instructions and lender wires. Support internal and external customers on issue resolution via integrated, email and phone communications. Responsible for ancillary functions such as check reissue, trial balance reconciliation, and refund processes. Additionally, be able to review signed lender packages consisting of standard lender refinance packages, i.e. notes/security instruments, affidavits to give funding approval.

Position Summary: Responsible for reviewing and managing all funded loan files. Verifies fees, closing conditions, accuracy of calculations, checks for taxes due, payables, balances files, and coordinates final disbursement of funds in the form of checks and/or wires. Confirm wire instructions are correct and checks are remitted according to file specific instructions while maintaining compliance with the lenders instructions. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.\nResponsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of funded loans daily.\nUpdates lien payoffs and taxes as needed.\nReviews title commitments, lien payoffs, taxes, file notes, lenders closing instructions.\nCoordinates final disbursement of funds in compliance with escrow and lenders' instructions.\nCalculate pay offs, inputting wires and completing closing disclosures to make the ALTA\nPrepares and distributes final ALTA Settlement Statement to all applicable parties.\nCorresponding with lender(s), borrowers, and insurance agents.\nAsked to assist with additional responsibilities, site specific to Plano corporate office.\nRequirements:

5 years of Mortgage Funding/Closing experience.\nKnowledge of calculating payoffs, inputting wires and completing closing disclosures to make the ALTA.\nExceptional attention to detail, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.\nProficiency of Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nSelf-motivated and able to multi-task with minimal supervision.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nWhy Work for LoanDepot:
