POSITION:
Escrow Assistant
FULLTIME/PARTTIME:
FULLTIME
LOCATION:
Irving, TX (fully onsite)
SCHEDULE:
40hrs
Hours:
8am – 5pm CST
ASSIGNMENT:
03/23/2026 to 09/23/2026 (temp to hire)
PAY RANGE:
$22.58 hourly paid weekly

Responsibilities Duties:
Mid-level escrow disbursement support position in a fast-paced environment providing daily bank reconciliation for escrow offices. Responsible for the reconciliation of outstanding deposits and disbursements by handling checks, wires, balancing files to lender instructions and lender wires. Support internal and external customers on issue resolution via integrated, email and phone communications. Responsible for ancillary functions such as check reissue, trial balance reconciliation, and refund processes. Additionally, be able to review signed lender packages consisting of standard lender refinance packages, i.e. notes/security instruments, affidavits to give funding approval.

Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of MS Office suite
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
Strong detail orientation
Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
Punctuality
Teamwork, collaboration a must
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Minimum Requirement - HS Diploma or Equivalent
Working Conditions
May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
The ability to lift up to 30lbs
Use of computers and technology
