Inside Sales / CSR

Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare quotes and support sales activities.
Communicate with customers on order status.
Coordinate with planning and operations teams.
Support outside sales representatives.
Qualifications At least one year in customer service, inside sales, or admin—doesn’t have to be manufacturing, just proven you can talk to folks and not lose track of details.
Inside sales or customer service experience.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Team-oriented mindset.
Solid phone voice—clear, friendly, no robot tone.
Comfortable with numbers—quoting prices, checking inventory, basic math without a calculator.
Computer basics: email, spreadsheets, maybe a little QuickBooks or similar (we’ll train if you’re close).
