What You’ll Do
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare quotes and support sales activities
Communicate with customers on order status
Coordinate with planning and operations teams
Support outside sales representatives
What We’re Looking For
Inside sales or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and organization
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Team‑oriented mindset

Qualifications
At least one year in customer service, inside sales, or admin—just proven you can talk to folks and not lose track of details.
Solid phone voice—clear, friendly, no robot tone.
Must be organized.
Able to place orders with vendors.
Comfortable with numbers—quoting prices, checking inventory, basic math.
Computer basics: email, eBay, online posting, maybe a little QuickBooks or similar (we’ll train if you’re close).
Marketing advertising would be a plus.
