Sales Manager – Oil & Gas

Key Accountabilities
Identify and manage new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas market for Rolls‑Royce Solutions America products and services and provides self‑driven follow through from lead to sale.
Provide sales strategy and project management guidance for assigned market and customer accounts.
Establish and complete achievable but challenging short-, medium- and long‑term goals designed to promote and increase Rolls‑Royce Solutions America's market penetration in the assigned area of responsibility.
Manages assigned area and account responsibilities from a total support perspective and establish and/or enhance customer relationships, at the highest management level.
Tracks and reports trends, business conditions and account status, which will affect future sales.
Prepares and presents professional sales presentations.
Develops and maintains close working relationship with OEM dealer personnel and end‑users for the purpose of maintaining and increasing penetration of sales.
Promote a safety and compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct.
Perform special projects as required.
Basic Requirements
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering and 3 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry, or 7 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry.
Ability to travel domestic & international 40% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent self‑starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision
Strong ability to make independent decisions
Strong oral, presentation and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Strong level of analytical ability
Good technical knowledge of diesel engines
Good leadership skills, especially in addressing issues that cross internal departments
Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
Proficient in English
Knowledge of upstream, downstream general Oil and Gas market
Knowledge of MTU products or comparable diesel products and their applications
Spanish language skills

Pay Range $103,576 - $168,311-Annually
