Schedule
Monday – Thursday:
10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
This role is ideal for candidates who prefer
mid-to-late shift work .
Position Overview Capital Management Services is expanding its
Mortgage Collections Team
and is seeking motivated individuals for a
fully remote Mortgage Collections Representative position .
Mortgage collections involves contacting borrowers who are behind on their mortgage payments and assisting them in resolving delinquent accounts. Representatives work with borrowers to understand their situation, discuss repayment options, and help establish payment arrangements with the goal of helping customers catch up on payments and avoid foreclosure when possible.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to learn mortgage terminology, and comfort using basic computer applications.
Key Responsibilities
Contact borrowers regarding past-due mortgage payments
Discuss payment options and help establish repayment arrangements
Provide clear information regarding mortgage account status
Document call activity and account updates in company systems
Maintain professionalism and empathy while working with customers experiencing financial hardship
Follow company policies and regulatory compliance guidelines
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Must be
18 years of age or older
Ability to learn mortgage terminology and collections procedures
Comfortable using Windows-based computer systems, email, and web browsers
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain a
quiet, distraction-free home workspace
Technical Requirements (Remote Work) Candidates must meet the following
home office requirements :
Wired high-speed internet connection (WiFi not permitted)
Minimum
25 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload speed
Candidates will be required to submit a wired speed test from https://speedtest.net using their home computer or laptop
Smartphone required
Android (OS 11.0 or higher)
iPhone (iOS 16 or higher)
Paid Training All training is conducted
remotely .
