Summary Executive Steward is a Stewarding Manager position. You’ll play a key leadership role within our Food & Beverage team, supporting the heartbeat of our culinary operation. You’ll oversee the daily stewarding functions, ensuring impeccable cleanliness, organization, and sanitation across all food production and service areas. Your responsibilities include maintaining high operational standards, managing scheduling, and guiding and developing a dedicated team.
This role is ideal for a leader who brings positivity, precision, and a passion for creating seamless back‑of‑house excellence that supports the elevated guest experience our resort is known for.
The salary range for this position is $71,000 - $75,000. This is the pay range for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
Qualifications

Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Refined communication skills
Strong leadership skills are highly recommended
3-5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience is preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule
