Catering Sales Manager

We are looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic catering sales manager to our Constellation Culinary Group team in Miami, FL. As a catering sales manager, you will have the opportunity to work independently to sell and produce events for a variety of market segments in Miami, FL.
What you'll be doing:
Maintaining positive relationships with established event locations, and identifying potential new locations.
Responding to and acting on client questions and needs, including menu selections, logistics, and equipment acquisition.
Developing new client relationships and building on outreach opportunities.
Following up with clients after events to receive feedback.
What we're looking for: Must-haves:
At least two years’ experience in event planning, sales, or event management.
At least one years’ experience in hospitality or catering.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves:
College education in a relevant field
