Telecommunications Account Manager & Sales Representative

to join our growing team. This role is a unique blend of new business development and strategic account management. You will be responsible for locating and closing new business relationships while ensuring our existing clients receive world-class service.

What You’ll Do

Drive Growth:

Identify and solicit potential clients to build market position by locating, defining, and negotiating new business relationships.

Manage Key Accounts:

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, creating and tracking all account additions, changes, and transactions.

Technical Consulting:

Assess client needs to recommend appropriate hardware and software solutions, illustrating the benefits of our technology through professional presentations.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve business goals and meet quarterly sales targets.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with technology and sales departments to troubleshoot issues, resolve client problems post-sale, and provide input into product design.

Financial Oversight:

Oversee account settlements and report directly to company leadership regarding account status and resolution of complex deals.

Data Integrity:

Maintain an updated CRM database including all activities, partners, and opportunities.

Who You Are

Technically Savvy:

You have a solid understanding of telecommunications and IT concepts, including CDMA, LTE, HSPA, UMTS, Wi-Fi, and routers

A Relationship Builder:

You possess a positive, outgoing attitude and a proven history of excellent customer service values.

Results-Oriented:

You are highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet sales forecasts.

An Effective Communicator:

You can communicate complex technical issues in layman's terms and enjoy training customers on software features.

Requirements

Experience:

2+ years of experience in telecommunication hardware sales or consumer electronics.

Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Bilingual skills are a significant plus.

Autonomy:

Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised with high levels of productivity.

Compliance:

Ability to stay updated with rapidly evolving technology and industry trends.
