Fitness Sales Coordinator

We're looking for a sales-driven professional with a hunter mentality‑someone who loves creating opportunities, starting conversations, and turning interest into action. This role is about connecting first, selling second. Success comes from empathy, curiosity, and understanding people's goals‑not pressure or hard closes. Base salary with a structured performance-driven commission plan designed to reward growth and results.
What You'll Do
Proactively generate leads and follow up with intent and consistency
Build trust through meaningful conversations and active listening
Guide prospects to the right membership or coaching solution
Convert inquiries into long-term members by solving real problems
Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and authenticity
Who You Are
Proven sales experience with a self-starter, hunter mindset
Background in fitness, wellness, or coaching (required)
Comfortable initiating conversations in person, by phone, and digitally
Empathy-driven communicator who sells through value, not tactics
Organized, accountable, and motivated by results
Qualifications
1-3 years of fitness sales experience. Background in fitness, wellness, or personal training
Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
CPR/AED certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related field preferred
