Marketing Coordinator
Momentum Enterprises is looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator 10-15 hours per week with a strong interest in creative media, social content, and design to support marketing across multiple brands and locations.
This is a hybrid position combining remote work with on-site support for events and projects at Momentum locations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and coordinating flyers, social media posts, digital graphics, promotional materials, and email campaigns.
Supporting marketing campaigns across social media, digital, and local promotions.
Managing creative assets, timelines, and content calendars.
Assisting with social media posting, content organization, and performance tracking.
Helping promote events, community outreach, and brand initiatives.
Collaborating with internal teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
Ensuring all materials are on brand and visually consistent.
Supporting on-site events with marketing and content needs.
Assisting with basic reporting, analytics, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working with social media platforms and digital content.
Proficiency with design tools such as Canva and similar platforms.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
1-2 years of marketing, design, or related experience (internships welcome).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; candidates with equivalent experience or alternative educational backgrounds will also be considered.
