Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

$45,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity

A growing company in the

consumer products and distribution industry

is looking for a

Territory Sales Representative

to help expand business throughout the

Dallas metro area and surrounding markets . This role focuses on building strong partnerships with

independent retailers, wholesalers, and distribution partners

while identifying opportunities to increase product sales and strengthen market presence within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate enjoys

working independently in the field , developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing retail and distribution accounts within the assigned territory

Identify and develop new business opportunities with independent retailers, wholesalers, and distributors

Execute sales initiatives designed to increase product visibility and market share

Conduct regular in-person visits with customers to support account growth and provide excellent service

Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement agreements

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities

Support product merchandising and promotional displays in retail locations

Track inventory levels and recommend reorder quantities to maintain product availability

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and account updates using CRM tools

Travel within the Dallas territory to manage accounts and pursue new customers

Assist with merchandising or product handling when necessary

Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of sales experience , preferably in food, beverage, consumer products, wholesale, or distribution

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities

Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently in a territory-based role

Comfortable prospecting and developing new customer relationships

Basic proficiency with

CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Dallas market

Ability to lift

up to 50 lbs

when assisting with merchandising or product displays
