Owner Relations Representative
to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Investigate and respond to phone calls and emails
Navigate systems to retrieve information for inquiries
Coordinate with business units for inquiry resolution
Perform comment coding and routing processes
Update owner accounts with address changes
Send written correspondence to correct departments
Perform related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required
0-2 years related work experience
Knowledge of customer service principles
Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
Basic knowledge of oil and gas vocabulary
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Basic knowledge of lease provisions and types
Understanding of Division Order and Revenue Accounting
