What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through various channels
Schedule and coordinate introductory calls or demos for qualified prospects with Account Executives
Track and document all interactions and lead information in the company's CRM system
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and improve overall performance
Attend industry events and trade shows to source and engage new prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong prospecting skills with the ability to identify potential customers through various channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and persuade prospects
Experience working autonomously and managing a personal pipeline and target list
Strong listening skills to understand prospects' needs and effectively communicate value
Comfort with using technology and software tools, including CRMs and email automation platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Loom, and Google Suite
Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Examples of successfully addressing customer concerns and turning hesitations into wins
Positive attitude with resilience in the face of rejection or setbacks
Knowledge of AI applications to automate workflows for efficiency
