Marketing & Sales Intern

Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including social media content, scheduling, and ad boosting.
Support coordination and logistics for campaigns, trade shows, and customer-facing events.
Track campaign performance and assist with analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials that align with brand standards and campaign goals.
Support Customer Relationships and Business Development
Assist with customer meeting coordination, follow-ups, and agenda prep.
Support the creation of sales and marketing content such as presentations and flyers.
Maintain CRM (HubSpot) integrity by organizing leads, creating reports, and identifying data gaps.
Manage administrative tasks such as sales inbox management, campaign tracking, and calendar coordination.

Knowledge and Experience:
Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience
Interest in marketing, sales, and customer experience
Experience or coursework in digital marketing, CRM, or analytics
Proficient keyboarding, computer, proofreading, and editing skill s
Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn Aagard software
Strong prioritization, time management, organization, proactive decision‑making, and attention to detail
Confidence and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers verbally and in writing
A conscientious approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
