Marketing & Campaign Admin

IT Network Solutions is a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider serving businesses across New Jersey. We are looking for a highly organized Marketing and Campaign Administrator to help coordinate marketing campaigns, create content, and support lead generation initiatives. This role combines digital marketing coordination with hands-on campaign execution, including direct mail campaigns. Key Responsibilities Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms Assist with content creation including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials Prepare and manage physical marketing mailings and outreach campaigns Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate campaign schedules Update website content, landing pages, and promotional materials Track marketing performance and prepare campaign reports Maintain CRM marketing lists and lead tracking Organize marketing assets, templates, and documentation Qualifications 1+ years of marketing coordination, marketing administration, or similar experience Strong writing and content organization skills Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and basic website editing Experience in Market Research and developing insights to guide decision-making Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and a proven ability to design and implement successful campaigns Knowledge of Sales processes and how marketing strategies align with sales goals Proficient in digital tools and platforms used for marketing and campaign management Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing work and the operational side of running campaigns.
