Salary: $114,000- $119,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for Digital & Lifecycle Business Profit & Loss within defined geography based on the overall service strategy.

Drive growth, including strategic direction, within scope of responsibility

Represent Sales and Marketing and market needs

Ensure obstacles limiting sales growth are removed

Support business case development on product opportunities or idea

Support division critical customers and channel partners

Align with regional sales leader on sales and margin targets, investments

Provide input for sales price guidance with global sales division and ensure special discounts are aligned with priorities

Align with division on roadmap based on product and supply chain requirements

Drive focus within geography on division solutions

Share best practice learnings between the countries and on global level with other lifecycle business sales driver

Define needs towards service delivery organization for future growth and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering Technology

8 years of experience in Technical Sales and/or Business Development focusing on industrial automation and variable speed drive (VSD) technologies.

5 years of experience in service sales within industrial automation and variable speed drive (VSD) technologies.

5 years of experience creating technical specifications, custom quotations, and value propositions based on customer needs.

5 years of experience quoting service products such as retrofits, service agreements, and preventive maintenance for low- and medium-voltage variable frequency drives.

5 years of experience managing projects and business activities and coordinating closely with cross multinational stakeholders, sales teams, and factory support units.

5 years of experience in Salesforce, SAP and Power BI for opportunity pipeline tracking, service reporting, and analysis of real-time sales and support metrics.

5 years of experience in delivering technical training and workshops to internal and external stakeholders
