Pay Rate : $61,000.00 - $83,425.00 Annual Salary. Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.

Position Summary The Sales Order Coordinator is responsible for the accurate processing, coordination, and expediting of sales orders across multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing. This role performs a comprehensive review of all order documentation—including leases, purchases, sales, conversions, and financing—to ensure accuracy and compliance. From order submission through delivery and invoicing, the Sales Order Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between Sales Representatives and internal operational teams.
Responsibilities
Enter and manage new and existing sales orders through IMACS, ensuring completion through final invoicing
Coordinate and place orders for all Power Systems products
Process accounts payable and prepare monthly inventory and financial reports
Perform timely gross profit analysis on all sales orders
Collaborate with internal Wagner departments and external Caterpillar partners to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Communicate directly with Sales Representatives regarding order status, discrepancies, and required updates
Work closely with Sales and Engineering Managers to resolve order-related issues and support business objectives
Proactively keep Sales and Engineering teams informed of order progress, inventory status, and delivery timelines
Essential Job Requirements Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Basic accounting, math, reading, and writing proficiency
Working knowledge of safety practices
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
