Hiring Immediately, Automotive Internet Sales Representatives
Driver’s Village continues to grow, and we are seeking customer-service-oriented Automotive Internet Sales Representatives to join our successful team. If you are a highly motivated self-starter with Internet Sales or Call Center experience, this career is for you.
Driver’s Village represents over 17 automotive franchises, serving hundreds of customers each month. We’ve been making customers happy for nearly 85 years.
Pay Range: $40,000 – $60,000 per year
Job Description
Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a robust customer network
Answer inbound phone calls and email leads in a timely manner
Follow up with customers after their vehicle purchase
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Reach out to warm leads – customers who already inquired with us
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior sales, call center, internet department or BDC experience preferred but not required
Outstanding people skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer and phone skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
